This is the Urban walker....in silver.....Mommy thought silver was more manly. It works by restricting any pulling, and if I do see a squirrel or another doggy and try to pull, the tension only stretches the band....and Mommy does not get pulled at all!
(Bruschi's mom here: I absolutely love this! We tried it out tonight and it is so comfortable to hold, and if he does tug a little, there is so much tension on this that he hardly gets anywhere, and I don't feel a thing! This Urban one is 1.5 feet in length according to the website, but actually it is a bit longer.....the rubber part is 1.5 feet. It is a perfect length for keeping him close by while walking but allowing him a little sniffing room!)

So let me get this straight... there's absolutely no chance you'll ever get to chase, let alone catch a squirrel? Or anything else? You can't even go say hello to another doggy?
Poor Bruschi:(
Oh well, maybe you'll get more walks and that will make up for the uh, restrictions.
Mom is totally going to look into this contraption you got Bruschi. We are totally not very good with this whole loose leash walking deal mom tries to teach us, we have to walk with special harnesses and still pull because we are extra strong like that. Bet your are too buddy, so mom thinks if this thing works for you she'll have to check it out. Have fun on your walkies.
Lots of Licks--

Why do our silly hoomans buy all these gadgets?

oh no no, I just heard mommy said she wanted to get one too. I am happy with being a Wacky Walker! The longer the leash is, the better! (or better yet, no leash at all!)
have fun walkies

Wow! I need one of them cuz I pull human Granny all the time. She has had surgery on 2 knees and needs back surgery. Sometimes I pull her so hard and I feel bad but it is just my nature. Maybe this would be Great to get for her to walk me. I think we might have to buy one.
Thanks for the heads-up.

That leash is a really cool idea!!
My Mom said she remembers seeing your Mom at the Canobie Lake fishing game in 1989!! Hehehe!

Hey there Bruschi, That is one pawsome leash for your Mom. We have a dually one and we sometimes wear oureasy walk harnesses. Sometimes we get so excited it is hard to slow down. Maybe you'll get more walks and it will be easier on your Mom.

Hey
Lovely looking dog but NO to the WACKY WALKR.
The rubber is very strong but the nylon is not. If your dog chews or even thinks about chewing avoid it as he/she will damage the fragile nylon. When I noticed what our dog had done I was so nervous walking her home as my mind raced that the lead could break and she could run out into the road and get killed. In the end I picked her up. Avoid avoid avoid
